This error happens when either you are entering the wrong transaction ID, such as an old one, or you have refreshed the page between making your donation, and entering the transaction ID.

If you are making your very first donation, please note: If you have refreshed the upgrade page between making your donation, and confirming the transaction ID, AND your sponsor has been changed, support will not be able to assist because your current sponsor must be paid their donation before your account can be upgraded. This occurs due to the spill over system. 


If you have followed the video tutorials, and you are 100% certain that you have the correct transaction ID, then please submit a support ticket and include the following information:

Username
Transaction ID

Screenshot of your Bitcoin wallet showing the donation amount, the recipient address, and the date.
