This error means simply that.. The transaction ID has already been used. This can happen if you have tried to confirm your donation twice by mistake, or you have the wrong transaction ID because you have incorrectly sourced the ID. In order to be sure that your transaction ID is correct, you must have sourced it from YOUR OWN bitcoin wallet, and not by searching the recipient's wallet on the block chain. If you have followed the video tutorials, and you are 100% certain that you have the correct transaction ID, then please submit a support ticket and include the following information:

Username
Transaction ID
