Reason #1: Free account expired
If you have joined as a free member, and have not made your first donation within 48 hours, then your free account has been deleted. You are welcome to register a new account with CryptoMaxx at any time, and you will be given another 48 hours to make a donation to become an activated member.
Reason #2: Incorrect login information
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the 'reset your password' link located on the CryptoMaxx login page.
